Refund and return policy.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on any item for any reason. Please shop responsibly. I will not accommodate a ‘change of mind’.

Where an error has been made that is explicitly my fault, I will be responsible for return shipping and another shipment to you, if needed. express shipments are never an option. At all other times you are responsible for shipping.

In the event I conclude that you should be refunded, I will refund your payment to the payment method originally made.

Refunds can take 10-15 business days to show in your bank account after the refund is initiated. If, after 15 business days, you still do not see the funds in your account, please contact support@jazzycreates.com

Originals are one of a kind and will not be replaced or remade.

Should an accident happen, made by you, the delivery company/person, or otherwise, please contact support@jazzycreates.com where I will review.

If an exception to this policy is made and a return is accepted, the item(s) must be returned in the condition you received them in and with the original packaging.
